G-9: Our G-9 material is popular because of its hardness, machinability, and resistance to chemicals and moisture. It’s a glass melamine laminate that can handle higher-temp applications, retaining its properties up to 140 degrees Celsius (284 degrees Fahrenheit).
FR-4: Atlas Fibre’s FR-4 is a glass epoxy laminate that offers enhanced flame retardance and conforms to mil-spec MIL-I-24768/23. FR-4 also has high dielectric properties and dimensional stability.
GPO-3: Our GPO-3 thermoset composite features fiberglass with a polyester resin, making it an economical solution for electrical applications. This material also boasts high track, arc, and flame resistance that meets NEMA standards and mil-spec MIL-I-24768/6.
